Transcribed verbatim from the two-page mirror: Otari's wording, capitalisation and misprints are left as printed, and anything this site adds appears only in marked notes. The photographs are visibly soft — the mirrored scan carries its text as a sharp 300 dpi layer but its pictures as a 100 ppi one, so the figures here are as good as the source allows and no better.
