PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A new compact professional recorder (two channel) with all proven features of MX-5050 series such as front adjustable bias and record EQ, selective reproduce, edit and cue, and test oscillator, plus these new features: TTL/IC logic for noise free punch in and out, 3 speed in pairs of 15, 7½ or 7½, 3¾ ips, 24 dBm headroom, dc capstan servo with 7% speed control in record and reproduce, peak reading LED's plus standard VU's, return-to-zero memory, and extra ¼ track playback head.

RECOMMENDED USAGES: Highest quality two channel-half track mastering with complete editing and production capabilities, two channel mixdown from multi-channel masters.

BASIC SPECIFICATIONS: 24 dBm headroom, 30 to 22,000 Hz ±2 dB at 15 ips.

Flutter less than 0.05% at 15 ips.

Three speeds.

All XLR connections.

+4 dBm or —10 dBm outputs (rear panel selectable).

Full range of accessories including remote control, road case, floor console, and rack mounting kit.
