Otari's operation and maintenance manual for the MX-5050 MKIV-2 and BIII-2, part no. OS3-298, fourth edition, printed December 1997. Unlike the older books on this site, this one is not a scan: it was made on a computer, so its own text is what you read here, checked word by word against the file and page by page against the printed page. The factory's wording and its misprints are left as printed, and where the manual is wrong about its own contents, a [sic] note says so. The figures are the manual's own line drawings, with their labels set as real text.
