Capstan speed change and power supply connector

The locking toggle was added to allow speed changeover without moving solder-jumpers on the PCB. I used a locking toggle as I'm pretty sure flipping this thing by accident when the machine is powered-up would be bad.

I did this as I dislike having to use soldering equipment to remove major sub-assemblies.

It also helped in the redrawing of the PCB x-Rays and the schematic.
